• All trades executed through brokers are your sole responsibility
• We do not guarantee the availability or reliability of broker integrations

The Platform aggregates content from third parties. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms, are owned by Finsentric and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Modify or copy Platform materials
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notations

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finsentric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Finsentric and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your trading or investment decisions

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Finsentric operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
